New sponsor to make waves at the Magic Millions Festival of British Eventing

The Magic Millions Festival of British Eventing welcomes a brand new sponsor in BioWaveGO, which will support the Open Intermediate class, one of two new classes at Gatcombe Park during a weekend of thrilling equestrian sport from the 5-7 August 2022.

BioWaveGO, which was launched in the UK last year, is a revolutionary pain-blocking technology which is changing the lives of sufferers, including athletes and is used by numerous professional sports teams as well as jockeys to manage pain after injury. Just one 30–minute application of the company’s wearable neuromodulation device can significantly reduce or eliminate pain for up to 24 hours and negate the need for medication.

“BioWave has been on sale in the USA for 16 years and is significantly improving the lives of many people, especially those with chronic lower back pain” explains founder Steve Dechan. ”Now, the technology is available to purchase in the UK and has just launched in some NHS specialist pain clinics. It is a system that is revolutionising pain management and becoming integral to healthcare reducing dependency on drugs and the debilitating side-effects from them.”

“We are delighted to be able to introduce BioWaveGO to the sporting world in Britain, which has such a heritage of equestrianism and to be at Gatcombe Park, which is the centre of the sport of eventing.”

Event Director Peter Phillips said: “We are thrilled to welcome BioWaveGO to our family of sponsors at The Festival. This is a product that is totally relevant to our sport and we are all looking forward to sharing and promoting its benefits with everyone in the equestrian world and hopefully helping a few competitors utilise its benefits.”
